We will have a short lesson in East Coast Swing, and then social dance to practice our new steps. We may substitute another dance, style based upon the experience of the attendees. Please include in your RSVP the extent of your dancing experience, so that we may prepare an appropriate lesson.

Ballroom dancing is fun and good exercise for your body and mind. Please come and join us!
