“ Hi Ben, Sorry it took me a minute to get back to you. I have to be honest. I learned to meditate in my yoga class about 10 years ago. And now because of my work schedule, I meditate daily but alone and using the focus of the breath. I am excited about getting to be part of a group meditation again. Because I was out of town, I missed the RSVP deadline and I am only on the waiting list this month. I keep hearing wonderful things about the group and look forward to meeting everyone. ”
